Through this Privacy Policy, we wish to provide users of infinitum.com with information regarding the processing and uses applied to their data collated on the website through the additional information, so that they may decide if they wish to provide the information requested of their own free will.

INFINITUM will notify them of their decision within a month. If the response is affirmative, the data subject may access the information in question within a term of 10 days counted from the notice.

B.- Rights to rectification and erasure may be exercised in accordance with the following terms: the data must be deemed to be inexact, incomplete, unsuitable or excessive. In this case, the data subject may exercise their rights through the aforementioned channels.
INFINITUM will rectify or erase the data within a term of 10 days counted from when it receives the request.

C.- The right to objection can be exercised in accordance with the following terms: the data subject must object to the processing of their data, either if the data is processed legitimately through a legitimate interest or through consent for marketing purposes.

D.- The right to data portability can be exercised in accordance with the following provisions: the data subject must deem that the data included in our processing should be returned to the data subject or, where applicable, sent to a third party (controller).

E.- The right to processing limitation can be exercised before the right to objection and while the right to objection is being resolved, data processing will be limited.


CHANGES TO THE LEGISLATION

INFINITUM reserves the right to modify this policy in order to adapt it to new legislation or case law. We will report such changes in advance on our website and also request the necessary consent from data subjects if it is deemed that it has not been granted in accordance with the terms and conditions of this policy.
